CS Finance Junior Specialist-1

This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations and maintain accurate payout processes.
• Process payments according to Service Level Agreements and meet KPIs.
• Handle escalated payment-related queries from Customer Service colleagues.
• Ensure accuracy of payments and adherence to internal control procedures.

• 1+ years of relevant job experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and attention to financial details.
