This role is based in Dietikon, Zurich, Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

Define project plans and schedules, drive execution, and lead multi-functional engineering and validation teams. Manage development budgets and oversee engineering builds.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS or equivalent experience in ME, EE, IE, Vision Science, or natural sciences (e.g., Physics, Chemistry), or equivalent 3+ years proven experience.
  • Ability to travel internationally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS or equivalent experience in ME/EE/IE degree or equivalent natural sciences degree.
  • Knowledge of Vision Sciences and display design.
  • Experience in consumer electronics and working with suppliers.
