University Recruiter (Contract)

This role is based in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

• Drive recruitment for university talent, including sourcing, screening, and interview management.
• Build partnerships with placement cells and faculty heads across leading campuses.
• Implement campus engagement activities such as placement drives and workshops.
• Maintain excellent candidate relationships throughout the hiring journey.
• Track university talent trends and support decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in university recruiting, particularly from Tier 1 institutes in India.
• Hands-on experience managing high-volume hiring cycles.
• Strong understanding of the Indian university ecosystem.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
