$172,100 - $258,600/year

Summary:

The Global Sourcing and Supply Management Solutions team is seeking an experienced Designer or Product Manager with a strong focus on UI/UX design to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of user-facing features.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the strategy and roadmap for key user-facing features.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Software Developers to create intuitive interfaces and workflows.
  • Drive end-to-end UI/UX initiatives supporting Apple’s internal supply chain and sourcing tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product UI/UX and workflows.
  • Align UI/UX approach with user research and accessibility standards.
  • Facilitate design reviews and cross-functional workshops.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of design experience with a focus on UI/UX for digital products.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience using Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
  • Knowledge of prototyping, usability testing, and design systems.
