Training Operations Program Manager

This role is based in Minato, Tokyo-to, Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Drive excellence in training execution by educating, inspiring, and empowering Retail leaders.
- Create a robust feedback loop between stores and support partners on training-related topics.
- Evaluate training processes, identify operational gaps, and propose solutions.
- Develop data-driven action plans and communicate insights to leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve training processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years of customer support experience or equivalent.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing direct reports.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn analysis into actionable business priorities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-starter with exceptional time management skills.
- Expert-level understanding of Retail training strategies.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
