Tools and Automation Engineer, OS Build Quality

This position is based in Cork, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, and expand automated UI testing coverage for operating systems. Identify and triage critical regressions in software and collaborate with engineering teams for quick resolutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BSc in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Swift, and Bash.
• Excellent knowledge of test methodologies (unit testing, integration testing, etc.).
• Ability to investigate and debug complex problems independently and cooperatively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Git and codebase management.
• Passion for quality assurance and experience in bug investigation and fixing.
• Experience developing test strategies and UI automation, preferably in Apple frameworks like XCTest.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
