Technical Recruiter (Contract)

This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and attract top-tier technical talent.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from engagement to onboarding.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define hiring profiles.
• Provide market intelligence and data-backed insights for hiring decisions.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to suggest process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participate in talent acquisition special projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the Technology sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a global or rapidly scaling organization.
• Passion for technology and industry trends.
• Certifications in recruitment best practices.
• Track record of hiring for specialized technical roles.
