Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and attract top-tier technical talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from engagement to onboarding.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define hiring profiles.
- Provide market intelligence and data-backed insights for hiring decisions.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to suggest process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in talent acquisition special projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the Technology sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a global or rapidly scaling organization.
- Passion for technology and industry trends.
- Certifications in recruitment best practices.
- Track record of hiring for specialized technical roles.
