This role is based in Cupertino, California.
Compensation:
$128,400 - $236,700 per year
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of engineers in support of new product development and sustaining operations, ensuring readiness for high volume production.
Key Tasks:
- Drive contract manufacturer preparation for pre-production builds.
- Develop and optimize production processes.
- Implement new technologies to improve quality and efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and resources to engineering groups.
- Communicate technical health of programs to VP level.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in precision assembly, inspection, and validation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high volume production.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Experience with international OEM partners.
Travel:
25-30% travel required.
