What you'll do:
Own the marketing data collection roadmap, partner with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with privacy standards, and drive innovation in data workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Own the marketing data collection roadmap — identifying gaps and driving delivery.
- Partner with Marketing and Data Science teams to understand measurement needs.
- Ensure data collection adheres to privacy standards.
- Design a scalable data strategy supporting marketing use cases.
- Define data contracts with engineering partners.
- Perform root-cause analysis to troubleshoot data quality issues.
- Identify opportunities to apply generative AI in marketing data workflows.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Technical Product Management, data engineering, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with Python and PySpark.
- Deep knowledge of client-server analytics tracking strategies.
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in technical product management or data engineering.
- Experience with privacy-enhancing technologies.
- Prior experience in subscription economics or multi-touch attribution.
