Compensation:

$163,300 - $245,800/year

What you'll do:

Own the marketing data collection roadmap, partner with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with privacy standards, and drive innovation in data workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the marketing data collection roadmap — identifying gaps and driving delivery.
  • Partner with Marketing and Data Science teams to understand measurement needs.
  • Ensure data collection adheres to privacy standards.
  • Design a scalable data strategy supporting marketing use cases.
  • Define data contracts with engineering partners.
  • Perform root-cause analysis to troubleshoot data quality issues.
  • Identify opportunities to apply generative AI in marketing data workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Technical Product Management, data engineering, or data science.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with Python and PySpark.
  • Deep knowledge of client-server analytics tracking strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with big data technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in technical product management or data engineering.
  • Experience with privacy-enhancing technologies.
  • Prior experience in subscription economics or multi-touch attribution.
