Talent Sourcer (Contract)

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Recruiters to understand hiring needs.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to identify potential candidates.
• Develop outreach strategies to engage passive candidates.
• Conduct initial screening of candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and track sourcing metrics.
• Engage with candidates professionally and provide updates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sourcing expertise in an agency or corporate environment.
• Experience with various sourcing techniques.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
