Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build insights and briefs addressing business challenges.
  • Create culturally insightful, brand-centric messaging across multiple customer touchpoints.
  • Drive the development of locally relevant strategic initiatives across various channels.
  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans for the Korean market.
  • Maintain knowledge of cultural nuances affecting product adoption in Korea.
  • Provide regular insights and competitive reviews to marketing teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in strategic marketing.
  • Experience leading strategic conversations with creatives and agency partners.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives.
  • Business-level fluency in English and Korean.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of South Korea's digital landscape.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in a cross-functional organization.
  • Strong commercial instincts and experience in problem identification and resolution.
