Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build insights and briefs addressing business challenges.
- Create culturally insightful, brand-centric messaging across multiple customer touchpoints.
- Drive the development of locally relevant strategic initiatives across various channels.
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans for the Korean market.
- Maintain knowledge of cultural nuances affecting product adoption in Korea.
- Provide regular insights and competitive reviews to marketing teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in strategic marketing.
- Experience leading strategic conversations with creatives and agency partners.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives.
- Business-level fluency in English and Korean.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of South Korea's digital landscape.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a cross-functional organization.
- Strong commercial instincts and experience in problem identification and resolution.
