Sr. Technical Recruiter (Contract)

This role is based in Cupertino, California.

Compensation:

$137,900 - $263,100

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies for candidates.
• Guide hiring managers and candidates through the selection process.
• Discuss potential offers and close candidates.
• Provide excellent customer service to hiring teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using innovative sourcing methods.
• Exceptional closing and offer construction skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of recruiting experience for technical roles.
