Sr. Technical Recruiter (Contract)

This role is based in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies for candidates.
• Guide hiring managers and candidates through the selection process.
• Provide excellent customer service to hiring teams and candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in full life-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven background in innovative sourcing methods.
• Exceptional closing and offer construction skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of recruiting experience for technical roles.
