Compensation:

$212,000 - $318,400/year

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end application lifecycle, including roadmap planning, backlog management, design, development, deployment, enhancement, and retirement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all application-related decisions and escalations.
  • Ensure application capabilities and priorities are aligned with overall business goals and strategy.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) covering performance, reliability, scalability, and user satisfaction.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and oversight for front-end development and Python-based backend services.
  • Review and guide application architecture, technical designs, and code quality to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Lead development using modern front-end frameworks such as React, NodeJS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 10+ years of industry experience in software development.
  • Strong background in software architecture and system design.
  • Proven expertise in front-end development (React) and backend technologies (Python).
