Space Planning Program Manager

This role is based in London, England, within Apple's Operations and Supply Chain team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead space planning programs that support organizational growth and workplace strategy.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess current and future space needs.
• Develop space scenarios and recommendations based on headcount forecasts.
• Drive planning for office moves and workplace optimization efforts.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience managing large-scale programs across global environments.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Strong data fluency for informed decision-making.
• Background in corporate real estate or workplace strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AI-assisted planning tools.
• Experience advocating for business units in shared-services models.
• Proactive relationship-building skills.
