Compensation:
$141,800 - $213,700 per year
Responsibilities:
- Audit project workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Translate team needs into workflow solutions and implement systems.
- Create documentation and training materials.
- Plan and support tooling and process changes.
- Troubleshoot user issues and follow software updates.
- Liaise with the internal Tech team for tool features.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience with project management tools like Wrike and Airtable.
- Experience in onboarding and training users.
- Ability to aggregate data for reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with system design principles.
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams.
