Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for hardware engineers and PCB designers, providing guidance and solving complex workflow challenges.
- Work with design teams to identify problems and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Champion standard processes in ECAD design and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement next-generation ECAD workflows.
- Drive integration of AI and Machine Learning technologies into ECAD processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in ECAD design or related hardware engineering field.
- Expertise with industry-standard ECAD tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in AI, Machine Learning, or data analytics applied to engineering workflows.
- Familiarity with PLM/PDM systems and cloud computing principles.
