Solution Architect - Customer Success

This position is based in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for hardware engineers and PCB designers, providing guidance and solving complex workflow challenges.
• Work with design teams to identify problems and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Champion standard processes in ECAD design and collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement next-generation ECAD workflows.
• Drive integration of AI and Machine Learning technologies into ECAD processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in ECAD design or related hardware engineering field.
• Expertise with industry-standard ECAD tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in AI, Machine Learning, or data analytics applied to engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with PLM/PDM systems and cloud computing principles.
