Compensation:
$181,100 - $318,400/year
Responsibilities:
- Conceive, design, and deliver user experiences and user flows.
- Partner with frontline teams and cross-functional partners to improve workflows.
- Collaborate with developers to iterate on solutions and craft MVP features.
- Define strategic roadmaps based on customer engagement.
- Influence and align stakeholders while integrating product design strategy.
- Represent the voice of the user while balancing technical feasibility.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent collaborative skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- UI/UX experience in a software product team.
- Expertise in designing across various platforms.
- Experience with design tools like Sketch and Figma.
Preferred Qualifications:
- User-centric approach in defining and iterating on UI/UX.
- Ability to build and maintain design systems at scale.
- Strong communication skills.
