Compensation:

$181,100 - $318,400/year

Responsibilities:

  • Conceive, design, and deliver user experiences and user flows.
  • Partner with frontline teams and cross-functional partners to improve workflows.
  • Collaborate with developers to iterate on solutions and craft MVP features.
  • Define strategic roadmaps based on customer engagement.
  • Influence and align stakeholders while integrating product design strategy.
  • Represent the voice of the user while balancing technical feasibility.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent collaborative skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • UI/UX experience in a software product team.
  • Expertise in designing across various platforms.
  • Experience with design tools like Sketch and Figma.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • User-centric approach in defining and iterating on UI/UX.
  • Ability to build and maintain design systems at scale.
  • Strong communication skills.
