Software Localisation Intern

This role is based in Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities:

• Explore and apply Large Language Models (LLMs) for data synthesis and translation tasks.
• Translate research into high-quality systems for model localisation.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement localisation solutions.
• Maintain features and tools for data and model localisation processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Swift, C, C++ or other languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with open-source ML toolkits (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Ability to apply modern research to consumer-oriented products.
• Knowledge of fine-tuning approaches and training models.
• Experience adapting pre-trained LLMs for tasks.
• Passion for languages and internationalisation.
• Proficient in at least one other language besides English.
