Compensation:
$155,200 - $298,100 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of full stack engineers.
- Set and maintain the team's technical roadmap.
- Contribute code and guide architectural decisions.
- Partner with engineering teams to optimize tools.
- Champion the adoption of AI in tooling.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years managing software engineering teams.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Experience with front end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with server-side development in Node.js and Python.
- API design and development using REST and/or GraphQL.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Experience integrating LLMs into production systems.
- Experience managing distributed teams.
