Software Engineering Manager (Supply Chain Solutions), Supply Chain Integration

This role is based in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of software engineering, including design, development, integration, analysis, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of engineers by setting clear expectations and providing consistent, actionable feedback.
• Participate in design reviews and technical trade-off discussions to maintain a high engineering bar.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive delivery accountability and execution against commitments.
• Remove blockers and create an environment where the team can do their best work.
• Communicate team progress, risks, and needs to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with partner teams across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience building end to end scalable enterprise software systems.
• 3–5 years of engineering management experience leading teams and driving delivery.
• Strong expertise in data engineering, compute/database systems, and modern web development.
• Proven experience delivering AI-powered solutions at scale.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for problem-solving, innovation, and emerging technologies.
• Experience working in supply chain or enterprise business systems.
• Experience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, Python, Django, FastAPI, and Docker.
• Strong expertise in designing and working with relational, non-relational, and graph database systems at scale.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts, trade-offs, and impact to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
• Strong commitment to mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of learning and growth.
