Software Engineering Manager, HomeKit

This role is based in Seattle, Washington.

Compensation:

$188,200 - $325,500 per year

What you'll do:

• Drive software development through architecture discussions, coding, and code reviews.
• Define product features, functional specifications, and development schedules.
• Manage and mentor engineers, fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Lead project execution and improve engineering processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong technical expertise in native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
