Compensation:
$228,100 - $342,800/year
Responsibilities:
- Define product features, functional specs, resource planning, and development schedules.
- Scope and prioritize features and bug fixes.
- Represent the team in technical and project meetings.
- Advise on engineering best practices to deliver quality features.
- Build and grow a diverse engineering team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience leading software engineering teams.
- Proven ability to attract and retain top talent.
- Experience launching high-quality consumer products.
- Technical experience with native iOS development.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to drive decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Highly organized and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of health data standards is a plus.
