Software Engineering Manager, Health

This role is based in Sunnyvale, California.

Compensation:

$228,100 - $342,800/year

Responsibilities:

• Define product features, functional specs, resource planning, and development schedules.
• Scope and prioritize features and bug fixes.
• Represent the team in technical and project meetings.
• Advise on engineering best practices to deliver quality features.
• Build and grow a diverse engineering team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience leading software engineering teams.
• Proven ability to attract and retain top talent.
• Experience launching high-quality consumer products.
• Technical experience with native iOS development.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to drive decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Highly organized and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of health data standards is a plus.
