This role is based in Cupertino, California.

Compensation:

$198,300 - $342,800/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, development, and delivery of features for 3rd party developers and Apple engineers.
  • Participate in product development discussions and track delivery schedules.
  • Write architecture and design proposals, and conduct design and code reviews.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and mentor team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing software engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and engineering best practices.
  • Experience with project planning and resource allocation.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Xcode, Swift, and Apple’s platforms.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
