Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence development team in building end-to-end Analytics/AI solutions.
- Design and build highly scalable data pipelines using tools like AWS, Snowflake, Spark, and Kafka.
- Manage resources and partner with global functional and business teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead and mentor team members, focusing on career growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 4+ years in leadership.
- Experience with cloud technologies and big data stack (AWS, Snowflake, etc.).
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building high-quality applications and data pipelines.
- Proficient in writing Advanced SQLs and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
