Software Engineering Manager - Data

This role is based in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence development team in building end-to-end Analytics/AI solutions.
• Design and build highly scalable data pipelines using tools like AWS, Snowflake, Spark, and Kafka.
• Manage resources and partner with global functional and business teams.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor team members, focusing on career growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 4+ years in leadership.
• Experience with cloud technologies and big data stack (AWS, Snowflake, etc.).
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in building high-quality applications and data pipelines.
• Proficient in writing Advanced SQLs and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
