Software Engineering Manager

This role is based in Cupertino, California.

Compensation:

$198,300 - $342,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the vision and strategy for Apple's cloud compute platforms.
• Lead day-to-day execution including sprint planning and prioritization.
• Mentor and develop engineers, fostering a culture of ownership.
• Collaborate with partners to clarify compute needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in project management and leading technical development.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and operational concepts.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with control plane services and critical internet services.
• Proficiency in Golang.
