Software Engineering Manager, Calls Security

This role is based in San Diego, California.

Compensation:

$188,200 - $325,500/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers to build and ship features that enhance security and privacy.
• Drive improvements to protect users from spam and scams.
• Develop engineers into technical leaders capable of managing complex projects.
• Make technical decisions balancing security, user experience, and release timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and build trustworthy communication solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in hiring and developing diverse engineering teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in software engineering with experience in Apple platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in security and privacy topics.
• Familiarity with networking systems and secure communication protocols.
