This role is based in Rellingen, Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and CI/CD test pipelines.
  • Building and maintaining lab setup automation for physical and virtual test environments.
  • Creating and extending automated test cases for new features and regression coverage.
  • Analyzing test results, triaging failures, and collaborating with engineers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Continuously improving automation infrastructure for reliability, speed, and scalability.
  • Evaluating and integrating new tools and technologies to advance the team's automation capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in test automation, including framework development and pipeline integration.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems and automated build/test workflows.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Swift, Shell).
  • Experience with lab or device setup automation and environment provisioning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Apple platforms (macOS, iOS, iPadOS) and their testing frameworks (e.g., XCTest, XCUITest).
  • Familiarity with audio applications or Digital Audio Workstations.
  • Knowledge of music theory, notation, or audio recording workflows.
