Software Engineer

This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end customer experience solutions in chat and voice.
• Map business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and implement solutions for business problems.
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery from ideation to production.
• Collaborate with architects and developers for microservice architectures.
• Work with project managers for communication and release management.
• Focus on operational efficiency and engineering excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent field.
• Strong knowledge of Rust, Python with minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience in Kafka, Kubernetes, Java, and general software development skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cloud Technologies like AWS, GCP.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and software development lifecycles.
• Experience with microservices architecture and AI/ML integrations.
