This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end customer experience solutions in chat and voice.
- Map business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and implement solutions for business problems.
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery from ideation to production.
- Collaborate with architects and developers for microservice architectures.
- Work with project managers for communication and release management.
- Focus on operational efficiency and engineering excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent field.
- Strong knowledge of Rust, Python with minimum 3 years experience.
- Experience in Kafka, Kubernetes, Java, and general software development skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Cloud Technologies like AWS, GCP.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and software development lifecycles.
- Experience with microservices architecture and AI/ML integrations.
