Software Engineer - Backend Systems, Software Delivery

This role is based in Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features.
• Leading architectural discussions and writing clean, well-tested code.
• Mentoring other engineers and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Owning the full development lifecycle from concept to post-launch support.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Technologies: Swift on Server, Go, Temporal or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Passion for user experience and quality.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in server-side development.
• Experience leading technical development across teams.
