Hands-on experience with virtual machines like HotSpot or GraalVM
Excellent debugging and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Contributions to OpenJDK or similar projects
Experience with memory-safety techniques and security hardening
Familiarity with performance profiling at scale
