Software Development Engineer, Database (OpenSearch)

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain OpenSearch solutions for observability and log analytics.
• Contribute to query parsing, indexing, cluster management, and security.
• Drive performance, availability, and resilience of the service.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in search engines and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and Go.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with OpenSearch or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Linux/Unix internals and cloud services (GCP & AWS).
• Expertise in performance optimization strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
