Siri Engineering Manager

This role is based in Cupertino, California.

Compensation:

$198,300 - $342,800/year

What you'll do:

Drive the development of Siri’s platform, collaborate with various teams, and mentor employees.

Responsibilities:

• Work across the Siri and Tools organization to enable next generation features.
• Provide employee development and mentorship.
• Balance technical execution with long-term vision.
• Collaborate with partner and product teams to define goals.
• Communicate technical complexities clearly to various stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience building on-device infrastructure.
• Proven track record of developing product vision.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Swift.
