Senior Software Technical Writer

This role is based in Battersea, Greater London, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

Create content for engineering, QA, UI design, customer support, and external developers, including task-oriented user documentation, systems architectures, API documentation, and UX writing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and peers on the documentation team.
• Quickly understand and document complex software and related tools.
• Create well-written, structured, detailed specifications that incorporate feedback.
• Plan and manage documentation projects with shifting requirements and goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud tools such as GCS, AWS, or Azure.
• Familiarity with AI tool integrations.
