Senior Site Reliability Engineer

This role is based in Madrid, Spain.

What you'll do:

Work on the satellite network enabling connectivity for Apple devices without cellular or Wi-Fi coverage. Build and run an Apple service enabling platform, focusing on infrastructure and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Build, monitor, and maintain large-scale systems.
• Contribute to architecture design and cloud infrastructure.
• Support provisioning, monitoring, deployment, and software platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Significant software engineering or SRE/DevOps experience.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and Linux/UNIX administration.
• Proficient in Python, Go, Rust, or C++.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools and containerization technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of distributed systems principles.
• Experience with consensus algorithms and real-time data processing.
• Knowledge of IoT/Edge device compute and infrastructure.
