Senior Recruiter (Contract)

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to identify staffing needs and strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Guide managers and candidates through the selection process.
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting in a corporate environment.
• Previous experience recruiting talent within a multinational organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting technical talent across Southeast Asia.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
