Senior Legal Counsel - Global Supply Chain

This role is based in Cupertino, California.

Compensation:

$230,500 - $346,500/year

Responsibilities:

Support engineering and operations teams on technology development, draft and negotiate complex agreements, and advise on risk allocation and business strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of transactional experience in technology agreements
• JD degree or equivalent and admission to a US state bar

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Apple business
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of projects
