Compensation:

$262,500 - $393,800/year

Summary:

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will guide teams designing foundational data platforms and partner with executive stakeholders to translate complex business needs into trusted systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for data engineering, application engineering, and platform capabilities.
  • Own strategy, architecture, and execution for business-critical data and AI platforms.
  • Manage and develop engineering managers and senior technical leaders.
  • Partner with finance, product, legal, and executive leadership on roadmap and priorities.
  • Deliver trusted metrics and insights for corporate planning and financial reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in software or data engineering.
  • 8+ years in engineering leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track record of delivering large, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience with modern cloud platforms and data stacks.
  • Strong background in distributed systems and analytics infrastructure.
