Senior Engineering Manager - Instrument Engineering (m/f/d)

This role is based in Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cellular development engineers as the chief local representative of the Instrument Engineering team.
• Staff and manage a team of experts in RF applications engineering.
• Craft solution strategies, guide engineers, and ensure customer success.
• Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams.
• International and domestic travel up to 15% is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Extensive industry experience in managing RF engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical concepts.
• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and cellular technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in relevant disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience writing object-oriented software.
• Experience automating RF test equipment from major vendors.
• Recent experience with data analysis of RF parameters.
