Senior Engineering Manager- Distributed Storage and Database Systems

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

Guide teams in building and operating large-scale distributed systems, develop core software, automate tests, and ensure reliability for systems handling billions of users.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18+ years of experience leading high-velocity teams.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience managing distributed systems and delivering internet-scale services.
• Infrastructure expertise in storage, networking, and CDNs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with NoSQL technologies like Cassandra and Redis.
• Prior experience developing distributed databases or large-scale storage systems.
