Compensation:

$262,500 - $393,800 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow an engineering organization focused on delivering internal tooling and platforms.
  • Define and drive the roadmap in collaboration with engineering, finance, and business stakeholders.
  • Build solutions that enhance internal customer efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Partner with finance and business teams for cost visibility and operational planning.
  • Lead data engineering efforts for reliable metrics and insights.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of products and services.
  • Define governance frameworks and represent organizational needs at senior leadership reviews.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead complex engineering domains within a large-scale organization.
  • Experience managing software development teams building internal tooling or platforms.
  • 8+ years of experience managing engineering teams, including managing managers.
  • Strong track record of building alignment across multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience directing company-wide processes and representing them to executives.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting technical and business information to executives.
  • Ability to balance diverse internal customer needs with organizational efficiency goals.
