Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years in project management or crisis management technology.
- 5+ years deploying business process solutions.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles.
- BA/BS degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years in project management or crisis communication technology.
- Experience with geospatial risk and emergency communication platforms.
- MBA or MS degree.
