Sales - Consumer Offers Program Manager - South Asia

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end management of consumer financing and affordability programs.
• Develop commercial frameworks and manage negotiations with financial institutions.
• Analyze market trends and customer financing data.
• Design innovative financing offers and manage implementation across touchpoints.
• Track program performance using KPIs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in commercial roles or program management.
• Deep knowledge of Southeast Asian consumer financing schemes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fast-paced tech or financial services environments.
• Understanding of financial technology platforms and data analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
