Retail Readiness Program Manager

This role is based in Cupertino, California.

Compensation:

$137,900 - $207,300 per year

Responsibilities:

• Establish a Plan of Record for key operational initiatives.
• Ensure project deliverables are on track for flawless execution.
• Creatively problem solve and track critical milestones.
• Build contingency plans and escalate when necessary.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for aligned readiness plans.
• Drive creation and delivery of compelling presentations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
• Excellent program management skills.
• Experience managing relationships across large organizations.
• Deep knowledge of retail industry and environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in operational excellence and business growth.
• Experience leading sophisticated programs and campaigns.
• 5+ years of retail operational or program management experience.
