Quality Engineering Manager - Bluetooth

This role is based in Cupertino, California.

Compensation:

$176,600 - $313,500 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to develop Bluetooth products and ecosystems.
• Coordinate with engineering and program management teams.
• Make strategic technical product decisions.
• Provide career development opportunities for team members.
• Inspire innovation and technical growth through mentoring.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years leading a Quality Engineering team.
• Proficient understanding of Bluetooth protocols.
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in Bluetooth testing.
• Experience in system-level testing of radio co-existence.
