Compensation:

$142,000 - $214,100/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage strategic programs and projects to enhance global events management and related sales processes.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and stakeholders to define business challenges and optimal solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for engineering teams.
  • Develop project plans, monitor progress, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within sales operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of related experience in project/program management.
  • Experience with Events Management Platforms like Cvent or Eventbrite.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or enterprise technology.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
