Program Manager - EMEIA Retail Fulfilment Operations

This role is based in Cork, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

Lead strategic projects through the full project lifecycle, translating business needs into requirements and testing strategies. Collaborate with key business partners to enhance the customer experience.

Key Tasks:

• Deep dive into operational data to assess program performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide actionable recommendations for impactful business decisions.
• Identify operational risks and implement contingency plans.
• Utilise SAP knowledge for program processes and issue resolution.
• Present strategic project updates to leadership teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in project management and UAT.
• Ability to evaluate and interpret large data sets.
• Proficient in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP systems.
• Confidence in making critical decisions under tight timelines.
