Program Manager - EMEIA Retail Fulfillment Operations

This role is based in Cork, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

Lead strategic projects through the full project lifecycle, translating business needs into requirements. Collaborate with key business partners to enhance customer experience.

Analyze operational data to assess program performance and provide actionable recommendations. Identify operational risks and implement contingency plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in project management and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to evaluate large data sets and present insights.
• Proficient in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP systems.
• Ability to make critical decisions under tight timelines.
