Product Quality Engineer (PQE), Display - Korea

This role is based in Seoul, Korea.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering and manufacturing activities for next-generation display technologies.
• Drive quality system development and quality control tool development.
• Review product/process design documentation to ensure alignment with process capability.
• Present reports on product yield performance and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier’s process performance and yield loss.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/MS in physics, chemical, material, or display technology.
• Experience in display quality management.
• Proven experience in leveraging AI and machine learning for data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Korean.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background with OLED displays and semiconductor processes.
• Knowledge of GenAI tools application.
• Experience with electrical and optical display failure analysis.
