- Translate recruiting business needs into clear product requirements.
- Partner with engineering teams to design and improve ATS features.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from research to optimization.
- Facilitate discussions to drive decisions across teams.
- Ensure compliance in recruiting processes and tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR technology product management experience.
- Experience in designing and implementing recruiting processes.
- Strong analytical skills for managing cross-functional dependencies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-starter with user empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with recruiting compliance requirements.
